Photography has been a constant in my life for over fifteen years. During that time, I have explored many genres—landscape, documentary, wedding, portrait, pets, fine art, and currently birds. By now, I suppose I can simply say: I am a photographer. I love documenting all things in a way that celebrates their beauty. I delight in the mundane and enjoy discovering the extraordinary within it.

I tend to be overly formal by default, but I know how to relax and be casual. I’ve adopted the Southern way as my modus operandi. I say yes sir and yes ma’am, eat grits and barbecue—though I sometimes make a taco out of it—and have even learned to skip the L in alright.

I write a little, work part-time at a nursing home, and serve as a remote director for a nonprofit.
